Eliseo Lopez started his restaurant career in 1999 at a Mexican Restaurant in Los Angeles California. He started there as a dishwasher. As a year passed, he was offered to take the prep cook position. He worked there for five years. Then, Eliseo was hired as a host in a well known breakfast restaurant in South Gate, California.
A year after, he started working as a server for this same breakfast brand at Rosemead, California. Two years later, the Vice President of this franchise invited him to work as store manager offering him one of the store in Reno NV. He worked there as a General Manager for 13 years.
